REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made from online store of www.ekaaya.co.in cannot be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
Under the condition that product should remain unused and should be preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached and intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.
Used products/ products with broken seal shall not qualify for replacement.
Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of order being delivered. Any queries or concerns beyond 7 days from order delivery date will not be entertained. For queries contact us at info.ekaaya@gmail.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an order is applicable only before the order is shipped. You can visit the “My Account” section to check your order status.
A cancellation fee of ₹ 200 will be charged if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped. This is done to fairly compensate our courier partners for forward and reverse logistics.
You can reach out to our customer support team at info.ekaaya@gmail.com to cancel an order after it’s shipped. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
